GeoCraft is an innovative project for schools to increase pupils’ knowledge and understanding of geography and other subjects using Minecraft.
Pupils work through a number of creative and engaging cross-curricular challenges using Minecraft, other technologies and classroom based resources.
The Minecraft worlds utilise Ordnance Survey maps to build real life representations of geographical areas of interest throughout the UK and the project was awarded start-up funding from the Ordnance Survey 2013 Geovation awards.
The project is currently being piloted throughout the UK with schools and other organisations. If you would like to get be involved in the project do not hesitate to contact us.
